About Super Doofers

Super Doofers supplies practical products including rainwater diverters, drainage and water-management products. These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through our website.

Our website is operated by Super Doofers, based in Scotland, United Kingdom.

Orders & Payment

All prices shown on our website are in pounds sterling (£). Payment must be made in full at checkout using one of the payment methods available on the website.

Once an order has been successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel and refund an order if a product is unavailable or if an obvious pricing or listing error has occurred.

Delivery

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only. Standard delivery is free of charge unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Orders are normally sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control

Returns & Cancellation

If you are a consumer, you generally have the right to cancel your online order within 14 days of receiving your goods. Please contact us within this period if you wish to cancel.

After notifying us, you normally have a further 14 days to return the goods. Unless the item is faulty or we have agreed otherwise, you are responsible for the cost of returning it.

Returned products should be handled only as much as necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. We may make a deduction from the refund if the value of the goods has been reduced by unnecessary handling.

Refunds will be made in accordance with your statutory rights.

Faulty or Damaged Products

If your product arrives damaged, is faulty, or is not as described, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Product Installation & Use

Our products should be installed in accordance with the instructions provided and should only be used for their intended purpose.

It is the customer’s responsibility to check that the product is suitable for their downpipe, drainage system and intended application before installation.

Super Doofers is not responsible for damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, unauthorised modification or use of a product for a purpose for which it was not designed.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including product designs, images, text, branding and the Super Doofers name and logo, is owned by or licensed to Super Doofers unless otherwise stated.

Our products may also be protected by registered design rights and/or patent rights. Nothing on this website grants permission to copy, reproduce or commercially exploit our protected designs or intellectual property.

Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

To the extent permitted by law, Super Doofers will not be responsible for losses or damage resulting from misuse, incorrect installation, unauthorised modification or failure to follow the instructions supplied with a product.
